What is BreatheBuddy and how does it work?

BreatheBuddy is a breathing necklace designed to reduce anxiety and replace vaping. It slows your exhale, activating the parasympathetic nervous system to help you feel calm and centered.

Can BreatheBuddy help me quit vaping or smoking?

Yes! BreatheBuddy mimics the physical habit of vaping without nicotine or chemicals, making it a great natural alternative to help break the habit.

How do I use the BreatheBuddy necklace?

Simply bring the necklace to your lips and exhale slowly through it for about 8–10 seconds. Repeat a few times to feel calmer and more focused.

What is the necklace made of?

Each BreatheBuddy is made from high-quality, medical-grade stainless steel — safe, durable, and easy to clean.

Is this safe for teens and young adults?

Yes! BreatheBuddy is a safe, non-toxic breathing tool designed for all ages. Many parents purchase it for teens dealing with stress or trying to quit vaping.

Do you offer free shipping or a guarantee?
