The item arrived exactly as described, in fact it also came with the added surprise of a free gift (a bracelet with stones for anti-anxiety), which was a lovely touch and a nice value add.
The delivery timescale was great, and better than anticipated. Plus the delivery/tracking communication was excellent and I was kept updated each step of the way.
The fact that this item is made of surgical grade metal and NOT aluminium is a huge selling point of this item. There are lesser products made from aluminium, which is concerning as obviously putting any metals repeatedly in your mouth is a bad plan, but aluminium has been linked to causing Alzheimer's, so, anyone considering this product, bear in mind this fact which I think is a clear advantage of opting for this product over another.
